Saw this add on back page. Cherry hilson has reviews under a different number. Legit? Or no?

Ladies change their numbers but this appears to be her 3rd in less than a year as her TER page has two OTHER numbers listed

Her scores here don't exactly reflect being #1 so that bit of info is misleading unless she is top rated elsewhere.  

Her ad says "independent" and 100% at that
But her TER page says agency
Also says Miami
