My two cents are this (and this is coming from a vanilla ice cream eater that is beginning the process of exploring other flavors, toppings, etc  For me, chemistry is really important with the provider.  I think having additional players in there makes it more difficult (though not impossible) to have the chemistry right for everyone.  I think the best FFM are when the two females know each other.  So for the multiple guy thing to really work, I think you would almost need friends or you would have to do a really good job of matching personalities.  Plus, I think you would have to really have hobbyists into the fantasy to make them feel like 1 of many gets the same service (and worth the donation) as 1 on 1.
