What do you mean?

A review of Tyler Tage by dc0199 give her a rating of 8 (went the extra mile).  His comments for the VIP state "Once in a lifetime experience".  Why wouldn't you give her that rating then?

Because his subjective feelings about her performance do not correspond to TER guidelines.

If you read TER's reveiw guidelines (item #7) she
can clearly earn no more than an 8.  Anything
over a 7 is not subjective according to TER
guidelines.

Either he was aware of these guidelines or TER
adjusted his performance score to agree with
these guidelines.
