Lets all really take the time to spead some positivity and love!!!!

Lets really practice giving thanks, and take a moment to put things into perspective...

Take a moment to do a random act of kindness for a stranger, or give some spare change or even a hot meal to those of us who aren't so fortunate!

Sometimes we all get lost in our "1st world" problems and forget that we ALL have the ability to make someone smile and the potential to make another soul's day truly better!!
The practice of compassion has more power than we give it credit for....

Most people love conflict ... it amuses them. Part of the human condition.
A lot of the time comments are misunderstood and taken the wrong way. Feelings get hurt.
You are not the first nor will you be the last to request peace and love from all ...

When you live in harmony things just go right.
When we step up, we get rewarded.

I listened to a speaker last week and she called it:

"Gratitude-Lite"- keeping a daily log of 1-2 things you are grateful for in the course of a day.

Gratitude, thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation is a feeling or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive.


It has been medically proven when people write down everyday one to two things they are grateful for it helps them to appreciate life in a completely different perspective.

It's so easy to get hung up on the things we wish we had or the things that annoy us, it takes very little brain power to go with the negative flow of energy.  I have definitely been guilty of this and time after time it just leaves you empty and angry inside.

Embrace the negatives with appreciation for growth and lessons learned.  Gather all your positives and remember them every time you are faced with something that is difficult.  In all actuality, what is a negative?  Why is it a negative?  All of our problems, big or small are temporary and the ones who learn to overcome these mental challenges are the ones that realize this simple truth.  Life is not about anything material, it is about love. Unconditional love and gratitude.
