scheduling assistants 101

I know some of you used SA's, god knows why, I am sure your days are packed, but here are a couple things that bug the crap out of me;

When you send out a "personal" prebooking invitation be honest who its from. Signing it from the provider is disengenuos. We all know they dont have the time or they wouldn't have hired you. Just tell us its you.

second, when you send out the prebooking, give the "special guys" at least 24 hours before you post the public ad. Bad form. Its hard believing we are really that special when we see the ad before we read the email.

thirdly and lastly, try not to schedule clients 30 minutes apart, the timing is obvious when your second string....

Now beleve me when I say this isn't anyone in partcular and in fact it probably applies to some who dont use SA.
