After seeing the first suspicious review on this provider, I submitted a problem report (the reviewer had given her a 7 for appearance but the photos were clearly of a high end figure model taken from the rear).  Now I see the next reviewer took the initial bait and was disappointed.  Oh well, at least I tried........
