I'm not a lawyer, but IMHO the short answer is that you're right. It is fantasy that a provider could get into legal trouble because of posted reviews. The biggest trouble (more of a headache/burden) is living up to expectations of some client's fantasy description of their time spent with you. Over the quiet years donations, offerings, etc... have changed.

While I think the reaction to FOSTA by many individual providers was a bit much, if I were a provider I would continue to keep a modest profile and keep ads and websites as discreet as possible. Having a resource like TER back is good, but don't forget the underlying cause of it's hiatus.
