Its a hot button issue but we could be adults and talk about without getting preachy...on both sides of the issue.

Admin is posting tomorrow on the GD board regarding a new policy allowing discussion of BBFS.

Also, there is a poll on the index page on this same subject.  Be sure to weigh in there as well.

We call this The Moose poll.

some do it- but don't think you should encourage it or put it out in the open-

Everyone knows it goes on, why not let people talk about it.  This is the pornstar board, and anyone who's ever watched much porn, which I'm guessing is about everybody that reads this board, has seen PLENTY of BBFS going on - that's the way they do it!!

Ignoring does not make it go away. At the same time, discussing risky practices lets those that partake find like minded individuals, and lets those that wish to stay clear of people that do such things make informed decisions of providers they wish to see, or those they wish to avoid.

that this site should not exist because it encourages prostitution and puts it in the open...

BBFS happens, there's no question about that.

There are both guys and ladies who enjoy it - why shouldn't they be able to find other people who also enjoy it?

There are both guys and ladies who are vehemently against it, and won't have anything to do with anyone who engages in it.  Why shouldn't they know who participates so they can avoid those people?

There are a few downsides to discussing it, of course, just like there are downsides to discussing escorting in general, LE activity, UTR ladies and everything else we discuss here.  But, in my opinion, the benefit to discussing it outweighs the negative.

Bluntly, it is really bad public relations, and brings unnecessary attention to the hobby, which should by any objective standard be a matter between two (or occassionally more) consenting adults.  I do not think we should be seen as encouraging unsafe activiities.

I agree with the posts that mentioned the downside of openly discussing BBFS here. I always wonder whether LE monitors what we say on these boards. Obviously, there's no way to know for sure, but for the sake of discussion let's just assume they do. Their attitude towards our activities may change from "its basically harmless" to "we must act to shut this down because now these people are endangering the general public". I analogize it the rough stuff one sees in porn and the guys who get prosecuted for being too rough, like Max Hardcore (yeah I may be oversimplifying the reasons why he got prosecuted). IMHO his stuff isn't a whole lot more graphic or rough than some stuff you see from Diabolic or other companies. But somebody thought his stuff crossed the line and boom he was done.

Why tempt fate? Anyone who wants to do BBFS can ask the provider privately and she can decide. To the argument that knowing makes it easier to find like-minded people - well we all know already that your odds of finding a like-minded person are higher with porn stars than other providers (although not guaranteed). Also, as someone else said posting this info could hurt the girl's careers and threfore make it less likely that they will offer BBFS or maybe even not provide or allow reviews. IMHO there is very little upside and only downside. Remember the old saying, "how does a fish get caught?: It open its mouth."

I imagine that some providers would not like to have it common knowledge that they provide that level of service and that is their right that we should respect before going off on tangents.

The arguments about LE are ridiculous. Is is more against the law if a provider provides BBFS than covered FS? Everybody here knows that fs providing is what we're talking about. Whether or not it's BB is beside the point to LE.

That being said, I always felt that the term "porn star experience" should apply only to BBFS. Some providers and gents argue it really defines an experience without much talking just hardcore sex but perhaps that best describes a "night stand experience" rather than a real "porn star experience".

If PSE simply implied BBFS then it would be understood without the need for guesswork or conversation that might lead you to trouble or someone to feel blatantly outed in public.

You say this should be a matter between two consenting adults, but belong to a web site dedicated to discussing the activities between two consenting adults...

BTW, prostitution by its nature is one of the most unsafe activities for both providers and hobbyists. To decide what someone else does is unsafe while participating in unsafe activities yourself is quite hypocritical.

In that whatever your view is, you feel passionately about your position and your're unlikely to change your mind....

Take politics, I'm a democrat and my best friend is a republican...We can actually discuss politics in a very civil manner, but at the end of the day, there is no way I'm ever voting for a Republican in any election even if its for county dog catcher or the clerk of courts, and he's never going to vote for a Democrat....But we do have some good, civil exchanges on politics....

The problem w/BBFS is that discussions often turn into hyperbolic, sour grapes, self-righteous, non-sense...Some people think BBFS is something only for industry "pros" like they're some member of an ultra elite society like the "Skull and Bones" @Yale University...And some have this notion that if you do BBFS, you must be some wild animal who does drugs, smashes beer cans of your head, and runs down Sunset Blvd. naked singing a Nirvana song....I've said many times how my lifestyle is very vanilla, and i've been doing AIM/TTS testing for quite some time, and i NEVER do anal....

the client AND lady have a current test. I mean this is a porn star board and the videos we saw of these ladies are mostly bareback anyway.

First I must say that I have participated in BBFS sessions with porn stars and am fine with it. However I'm not sure we should discuss which porn stars offer that service on this board. I think it would be better to handle it akin to UTRs. If the porn star in question is cool with us letting it be known that she offers this service than it may be okay.
We all know that BBFS happens but I'm just not 100% certain that this is the type of service that should be discussed on an open forum. Many within the industry know that porn stars escort on the side but knowing they offer BBFS may hurt them in their career

Hiding has never solved the problem, it has always made the situation worse

"42% Hell yes, I would go right now."

With a poll result like the above, you can be certain that ANY dialog would be ridiculous.

I am okay having it discussed, but think it will be like Greek and other activities that may be available on a limited basis only.  Regardless of what the reviews say, your mileage may vary.   In addition, I wonder if guys will get upset if a provider that they like offers BBFS with others but not with them......

I see well moderated discussion of BBFS as a move towards self regulation.

Ignoring the practice by not discussing it ultimately leads to folks making decisions based on incomplete or incorrect information.

Folks who want to partake are better served if they are aware of the reasonable precautions that a provider will rightfully expect in exchange for offering the option.

Folks who are the most risk averse should have an easier time finding a provider who shares their values.

I'm looking forward to reading the policy.  Good luck trying to moderate this sofla.

As long as names are named, so we can make an informed decision. Otherwise the use of alias' just makes it look like heresay and inuendo.

Hobbyists are allowed to discuss BBFS in a general sense (not naming providers specifically). They are even allowed to say they do it.

Nobody is allowed to advertise it for providers.

While I would not participate in the act I do not understand why it would be forbidden. The board is here to promote open discussion regarding Adult Film Stars that escort. As long as the discussions are legitimate and do not have the potential of causing anyone harm there should not be any "Off Limits" topics. Is this a discussion board or an advertising board??

But then again I don't see anything appealing about creampie's.

I hardly ever post...especially on this board, but I do read often.  IMHO posting about this is just not going to do any good.  Does it happen?  I am sure it does, and those with active accounts often times share via mail and keep it UTR.  Holding an open public discussion on a site this prominent will simply be used against the entire industry by LE.  I know plenty of people in the legal/law enforcement arena and they all know of this site.  We all know that... Why in the world would you ever want to give them even more justification for shutting you down?
