Bravo, Great answer! Some posters think that they are owed an explanation when they are owed nothing, it is a privilege to be able to post not a right. No one ever said that this site is a democracy. It is up to the owner(s) to do what they want to do with no explanation required at all.

Ritchie the moderator raised the question " do you ever wonder why some posts don't make it to the board?", so if he raised the question, you would think he would give us the answer. Now the post the moderator referred to, had problems, and should not have been posted, or better yet the moderator should have sent a PM to the poster and asked him to correct it, but no, he chose to publicly humiliate and chastise the poster on a common board that all can see. Now I think his post goes against TER guidelines that ask us not to make posts that are mean or meant to cause trouble for troubles sake. I also asked the moderator why my two posts had been removed after they had been posted and once again he chose not to answer my question publicly or privately. Now my question to you ritchie is, what was the purpose of your post, I hope it wasn't meant to cause trouble for troubles sake.

Now that it's clear who is who, hear the rest:

1- If you read my first post carefully, I said "And you wonder why..." which is not even close to "Do you wonder why..?"

2- At the time you posted those messages you were Unmoderated! Sorry I had no control over what you post, but as soon as I read your posts, I respectfully removed them and put you back on moderated status!
I take the blame for unmoderating you at the first place.

3- Didn't I just answer your question when you asked "Well Why Don't You Explain It To us" ?

Mental note: Think twice before you hit that button, I'm not like other moderators, It's not ok for a moderated poster to post an insulting message to the moderator, thinking He/She is not going to allow it anyway,... Why not! Nothing is more fun than trashing a moderator! It only gets better when the moderator has Super powers too!

We do not see the picture you have posted in your message!!! You might be able to see it because it's cashed in your computer's registry, but none of us can see it! That's why!!!!

Iam sorry but I don't have the ability to read minds, so how was I to know you were a girl, but I don't see what difference that makes, in the past all the moderators had names and introduced themselves to the rest of the members and we were able to PM the moderator with our questions,rather than waste space on a public forum, but I see that has change and not for the better I might add.

Without seeing the pic, I would guess that there's some civil liabilty issue regarding TER which would cause Moderator to delete the pic. I hate to disappoint you on this, but contrary to public opinion, posts are not pulled randomly. If you asked nice, maybe the Mod will tell you.

You may be right, I don't know what the answer is, I just know in the past you had full time moderators who were accessible and you could PM them with your questions and you always got a reply, the moderators had names and everyone knew who they were and they were a regular part of this board, but now all of that has changed, and not for the better.

No it was not to cause trouble, it was meant as a compliment to the moderator for saying what they said. The mod or the owner don't have to explain themselves or their actions to anyone at all. You should also go back and read the actual header of the moderators response to the post and realize that no question was asked by the moderator. Read carefully before you attempt to quote something that just isn't there.

I cannot see any picture attached to your message! I did not delete your picture; there are some websites that won't allow you to link to the pictures hosted by them.
Like randomimage.us, tripod.com or angelfire.com, if you can see the picture it's because it's on your computer's temporary file folder. What I see is just a red x!

In your message you asked who the person in the picture is, and attached a link to the picture, no one would be able to answer your question if they cannot see the picture!!  
Not that it's your fault, no, my "And you wonder why …" reply was supposed to be informative not offensive!  I apologize if my poor wording in anyways was not user friendly and did not serve the purpose!  You can tell English is not my native language.
