No, there's no guarantees.  Not saying there are.  But, to anyone who is thinking that it doesn't make a difference - think about the last time you saw an escort and didn't have a good time because "she smelled funny down there", or whatever.  Think about whether or not you would have a good time with an escort who smelled like she just came from the gym, or smelled of cigarettes, booze, or something else.  Would you walk away?  Or would you still "give your all"?  

The escorts are real people.  They have likes, dislikes, etc.  And while most of them will bang anyone with the right amount of cash, do you really think they'll show you as good a time if you smelled?  Or looked like a slob?  Or whatever?

A wise man once said to me: never treat a woman like a whore even if she is one.  Courtesy, respect, cleanliness all go a long way and do make a difference most of the time.
