Okay, here's my take on this.

The anal tattoo is just way cool because it's just soooo extreme. I mean, come on, that's a serious thing to have that done. Tattoos are friggin' painful (so I've heard) so getting a full ring around your asshole is just way intense. So for that I'd say she's a way intense chick! I dig that!

As for the earlobe stretching, yeah that's kind of a turn off. I mean, what happens if you get yourself snagged on something with one of those big hoops? You're left with two dangling pieces of flesh attached to your ear. LOL!
