The cast from a surgery 3 months ago has kept you from updating a provider that has been out of the business for much longer than that and you yourself admit was from A YEAR AGO?

My questioning of all of this is that I have become extremely frustrated with agencies not honestly advertising actual providers on their rositer. I'm sorry that you were the one to receive the brunt of my frustration as it is much more aimed at all agencies that do this. It seems as though no agency is held accountable for these type of practices, yet they charge hefty fees for their services. It's simple, agencies do a lot of work which I understand, but please do not use false advertising to lure customers to your site in addition to not at least putting a provider on your site that you post can be seen through your services. If I see a well known EX-providers on your site, then why should I believe the one you just posted was available with no profile on your site is available? Maybe I would think that you just want me to call so that I can have you tell me "so and so is busy, BUT we have so and so avaible". I'm sure that your reputation overall is great and makes up for these situations, but how many times have you done what I have just described which is then not reported by customers who fear being black balled? Make sense why a business should be updated with valid info for customers or do I have to spell it out more???? It's not a classic bait and switch because I'm sure almost all girls listed are available, but the few listed that are not available is a bait and switch tactic without a doubt.
