As a former moderator on TER, I know what their policies are, and understand them.  I'm not saying I agree with them.

You should be able to post reviews.  Normally, reviews aren't considered "shill" posts - they are reviews.  Now, if you have a history of posting fake reviews, that's a different issue and they might not believe that the reviews are genuine.  Also, if the review doesn't contain many details but is just a basic - "I saw this girl and you should too" type of review, that would probably be considered a shill post.  But, under most circumstances a review is not a shill post.

What *is* a shill post is posting a message as the start of a thread that promotes a particular escort or agency.  Posting in response to another person, either to an ad, or to an ISO about that particular escort is not a shill post.

So, for example, if you post a new thread about so-and-so saying that you've seen her and recommending her that would be a shill post.  On the other hand, if someone posts a question like "Is so-and-so available" and you responded that she was, that you had a great time with her, and she can be booked through such-and-such agency, that would *not* be a shill post.  Unless, of course, you started the thread with one id/alias and posted the response with another which would probably be grounds for banning.

These are all guidelines and TER's will is pretty much law since they own the place.  But, I think if you follow these guidelines you should be ok.

Hi, guys. I posted two new reviews. Can't tell you who the porn stars are, and can't tell you what agency they work for, and I can't post on the Porn Stars Ad Board, because the mods apparently think I'm a shill, even though I've been a member of this board for 8 years under 2 aliases.

So let me just say there are two porn stars out there whom I saw and you would enjoy seeing also, but I can't use the PS board to identify them. So there you go. Love this board.

I can see not wanting guys to continually put up posts about their faves but when, as it appears to be here, you've seen a girl or two that you really enjoyed, you should be able to put up at least one post on the appropriate boards to spread the news!  Isn't exchanging that sort of information a big part of what this place is supposed to be about?

It seems it's become a forum for people to post ISO's for the same 5 girls over and over without searching reviews or other posts, or posting "Who is this chick from [random tube site] and dose she provide?"

I would consider the Porn Star board to be a place where users ad reviewers can share information re: experiences with porn stars. Or make a rule where you can only post after 5 legit reviews. It just seems to be a lot of filler with little substance.

If one measure the content of the post by the simple criteria of how much 'real information retain' in it, you have to put ZERO in about 95% of the posts.

If you measure the 'credibility' of a poster by the number of the reviews he posted and then compare to the number of questions related with porn star that he 'claim' knowledge, you will have to put another ZERO on that.

If you measure the post by the 'shill' it contain, when you understand that shill is really about 'posting about something that related to any porn star or agency mentioned and that cannot be proved or disproved' by any objective and publicly available records (e.g. reviews, memberships, etc.) you have to put another ZERO on that.

Even those who claim the purpose of the board is to share information in reality have nothing to share about, since they preferred activity is 'talk talk talk.'

The result, as Eddie pointed long ago is that "those who don't share are really sponging off of those who do." Now the 'sponging off' has reached monumental proportion, so monumental that there is no way back IMO.

Once upon a time this was a board, now is just another 'entertainment platform' to share everything and more, which unfortunately count in terms of real experience as nothing.

For the rest, keep what your doing, post reviews and share your experience, without looking not to the left not to the right. On both sides there is nothing to learn...

Sincerely,
BM

Same thing happened to me last year.  I posted 2 reviews of PSE's that I saw.  However, these reviews never got accepted into the system.  I believe as of right now, they are still sitting there.  whoever is the moderator here is sure doing their job (2 reviews which still have not been approved after one year?).
