Is there even any evidence that "Stormy Daniels" even signed it herself? Has there been any comment made directly by her (rather than Trump's lawyers)?

I don't doubt that she signed it, because if there was a NDA that was probably a condition of the agreement.  I do not think she wrote it.  The way it reads sounds like something Trump wrote himself.

My guess is he found himself next her, offered her $20k+ for a fuck and she agreed. After she toweled off the jizz from her face, he called his legion of lawyers to clean up and bury the evidence.  It's not the first time he's done this, and his legal team probably has an established playbook they use as needed.

The so-called statement issued by her was obviously written by a lawyer to ensure compliance with the NDA and payoff agreement. If she violates the agreement, she will presumably need to pay back the $130k.  So that means until she gets a substantially bigger offer for her "true story" (like from TMZ, Penthouse, etc.) she's going to stay quiet.

Who's in the driver's seat here? The Trump camp has denied, denied, denied, as they do with each of his indiscretions. She could make a hell of a lot more than $130,000 if she chooses to take advantage of the situation. So if she violates the NDA, Trump's chumps are forced to take her to court to get their money back or continue to silence her, thus confirming the whole affair. Never mind the fact that Trump threatens to sue everybody any time there is a perceived slight, but rarely pulls the trigger. She is completely in control on this. However, like the esteemed Mr.Fisher, I am not a lawyer.
