This guy appears to have a number of legit reviews... what about having recording devices makes you think he's with the police department? Perhaps he's just an unethical perv who wants to record his sessions w/o the provider's knowledge.

Mention the city he is working out of?  Not trying to be a smart ass, but there are a lot of Hampton Inn's and Highway 91s.  i suppose "South Bay area" should be a clue to me, but since I am from the midwest and haven't really travelled anywhere I have no clue which bay area you are referring to.  I sure there are other naive individuals like me.

This sounds like LA as the 91 is the Artesia freeway and the south Bay may refer to Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach(areas by the LA airport

I don't know where you are getting your info, but you are completely off base here.

I know nothing about these people, but there are enough
"safe" people around rather than taking chances.  So if
a guy is recording, even if he's just a pervert or
unethical, why take chances?

Also, don't forget that even in a sting it is possible
to have a screen name and have people who are in on
it post denials or good reviews.
