In the new issue of Playboy, new pornstar Tawny Roberts states that she makes "about $8000 per video"

Now, lets all guess how close that is to the truth!

I think it is more like $800.00 per video.  They got a little carried away with Zeros.  Not sure if you remember Micky Lynn.  She used to be in a lot of porn movies, and now runs/works for an escort service in New York.  
Saw her on Howard Stern one night.
Called her the next day, and she answered here cell phone and talked to her in person.  Later scheduled to see her for $500.00 when she came to Atlanta. Just a little more then the regular providers in the area. - Kurt

contracted girls do make about that much.  Jill Kelley does but she is in the upper echelon of adult stars.  Tawny is a phenomenal beauty but she still has quite a bit to go before she gets into the top.  But 800 per video is a normal rate (3-500 a scene) for a run of a mill production.  With her potential, her range may be in the thousands although may be not eight.  But who's to say she's a liar.

A few weeks ago I saw a contract player along with the director of the film that one best picture for the year on Howard Stern.  I believe they were both from Vivid.  She stated that they were paid around $100k or a little more.  They also could make money on the side doing guest appearances, web sites, etc.  She did not say how many days they had to work producing movies.  If it was 100 movies per year that would work out to about a $1000 per movie.
