I was curious about this subject and wanted to get the opinions of the gentlemen on here about it.

I live in two different locations (Phoenix and LA) and am a porn "starlet". When I create a provider ad I'm never quite sure if I should post it on the provider ad board or the Phoenix/LA (or wherever else I am) ad board. I've thought about posting the ads on the boards where I've received the most views in the past. Where would you as a client be most likely to look for a provider ad?

Also what do clients (or potential clients) like to see in a provider post on an ad board? I usually post the same info (stats, what I'm available for and a photo). Are you more taken by a provider if their post includes flowery, poetic descriptions?

I know that Christie L'Amour posts ads on the PS ad board and on local ad boards where she's touring.  There doesn't seem to be any restriction on that.

I don't know if the rules have changed but when I was a moderator, the rule was that you could post on both the PS board and ONE regional board within the same 7 day period.  That was because the PS board was considered a specialty board.  

I don't know if the rules changed when they made a separate ad board for PS, or once they decided not to have volunteer moderators.  

Plus TER has never really been consistent on how they enforce the rules.

You can always contact Support and ask.  But, yes, ideally posting an ad on the PS board and an ad on the regional board is the way to go.

If you are limited to only posting an ad on one forum, I would suggest the local ad Board. I for one look at who's coming to town much more often than the Porn Star Board.
