UTR models with an agency get say 70% of the rate so figure min $700/hr minus cost of hotel.
I know of a very UTR booker who has unbelievable women and who limits girls to an afternoon and a night visit - afternoon at about 2 hours, night at 3+ hours, so girl gets 5x$700/day minus $200 hotel.  
Fantasy girls get more obviously.

I going to say what one star told me about touring.If you do the math your in the whole your first day with hotel,airplane,taxi are rent a car,food.You going to need at least 3 guys your first day.1st guy to break even from your expensive.The 2nd guy to get to the next city.(are home)3rd to make a profit.Most of these girls probably see 5 to 10 guys a month in there home town so why tour.(The star had a bad experience in one of the city's you mentioned. 20 guy's said they see her.Only 2 guy's showed up.)

Do you really know UTR girls that give their booking agent 30%? I feel bad for them if you do....I pay my agent 10%...15% if they provide my transportation to and from.  Also...since when does the girl or agent pay for the hotel/location?

Oh...and on average the majority of my bookings are one hour...maybe its like that for me though because of my rate...
