used to let people take video but was burned 2x by people I trusted! Now I cant EVEN do pics because someone exploited me (thats of course without my permission) and my trust and posted personal photos during a session. I, again, thought this was somebody I could have really counted on to trust!!!! I cannot go through this again. I am sorry he ruined it for everyone else. I loved taking photos because, well, because I just love being naked in front of a camera...lol Now that I am done venting...I hope to molest you soon!!!

Just sue him, hon.

I'm sure such nastiness doesn't appeal to you, but there's a hell of a lot of money to be made from this breach of trust.

Sorry, but I do not see how there is any -- let alone "a lot" -- of money to be made from suing these guys.

Barring a written agreement not to disclose or distribute, it's far from definite that a suit could be won.  Also, unless the guys are making money off the photos, damages are next to impossible to prove.  Finally, given the context in which the photos were taken, filing suit may not be the best idea.

Just the litigator in me coming out....

I say live, learn and move on!

Well, I've got to admit, my answer was a bit of a fishing expedition, hoping to summon an answer like the one you gave.

Here is my situation, and if you're only interested in reading about escorts, please stop reading here.

I am looking to publish a set of baseball cards in which the images are old wire photos, that is photos taken by free-lancers and sold to companies like the Associated Press and UPI.

I don't expect to net much of a profit on this venture, it's more like opening up knick-knack shop because you love knick-knacks and if you make some spending money all the better.

My concern is being sued by the wire services (UPI is no longer in business and most of my photos come from it) and having my personal wealth attacked.

Given these facts, am I vulnerable to my worst fears being realized in your opinion?

Hi Stevie,

That is definitely disappointing, especially when it is from someone you trusted.

What you could do is draft up a non disclosure agreement form, so they are legally not allowed share. Or yea, you could stop doing pictures / videos alltogether.

Unfortunate for those like me who havent gotten the opportunity to see you yet but would love to soon!

Hope you get it all sorted out.

If it were me asking for legal advice on a message board...its an hour or two of paying an attorney to get a legal opinion of what you can and cannot do...

As a side note...all of the trading card companies must obtain licenses from MLB/MLBPA to produce their cards...don't see why you would treated differently...

That is very important news to me. Do you know whether I could get around this by representing the team's names by their cities, rather than nicknames. Also, these photos are all from the 70s or earlier, before the Players' Association took root. Do you see that as mitigating my exposure?

The photos that Stevie is talking about were on my new private Yahoo group.  Back when I was taking photos/videos, I would ask the lady if she would mind if I posted some of them to my Fun With PSEs Yahoo group and most of the time they had no problem with it.  Those that did, I never uploaded.

The mentioned photos were taken several years ago, and I honestly thought that Stevie had said it was OK. Obviously my memory was at fault, and for that I'm truly sorry.

I consider Steive a good friend, and I can only hope she'll continue to feel the same way after this incident. I would NEVER knowingly compromise a trust from ANY of the ladies I've met, particularly someone I respect as much as I do Stevie.

My deepest apologies to her and the group!

In light of this, I've decided to delete the Yahoo Group.

more than once and its just too much. I (along with everyone on this board) want to be lo-key and have fun. I left porn because I was popping up all over the place and on box covers to boot so I quit. I am about to go back to school and just dont want anything anywhere stating I escort, where to find me, how many times I have been seen etc. IRS and not to mention the police monitor all this activity and when its stated that money actually changed hands its not good...lol for either parties. Thats why reviews are ok vs. posting personal diaries. They simply state the sessions activities not escort or money. It has come up a couple times now ( not a couple times with you eddie..in general) where I am finding these "moments" uploaded somewhere after people say its for their personal use. I love taking them..shoot I try to get good squishy shots, I have a blast but just cant have recent sex vids and pic going around the web. My school does background checks and this is risky enough but I am on and off with posting so I'll be fine here and EROS where my ads would be down but streaming video and pics could come back to haunt me. Its bad enough I am going to hv to admit to porn from a while back...lol awkward conversation. Eddie, if you hv contacted those girls and they say sure go ahead post away. It is a cool part of your life just make sure they all know because they will find out. You def. have had them all Hahaha. Most dont mind if they are asked first. I love you to death. You are my friend and not the sole reason for the no pic rule. I could maybe even do then with my mop a hair down around my face just showing close-ups and such. Those are the good ones anyway...lol I'll call you later today

At some point I hope to be more well known but right now it is a little unsettling to see the pic I posted on Facebook pop up on various websites that use the Facebook apps. There's nothing I can do about giving them permission to use my photo (it's in the fine print).

Escorts are Escorts....Models are Models

Don't ask someone to be something that they aren't.

If you want to experience the joy of intimacy with your dream girl, HIRE AN ESCORT.
If you want to record images of yourself WITH your dream girls HIRE A MODEL!!!

It's easier than people think and 9 times out of 10 you can get the same end result for a lot less money.

And before anyone says that you can't hire big name porn stars, YES YOU CAN!!!
I know because I've done it before.
There are tons of modeling sites out there with girls lined up around the block to make quick cash doing hard and soft core shoots.

It's not fair to people like Stevie to have to worry about private images falling into the wrong hands.

No to mention, you can land yourself in JAIL for publicly displaying sexually explicit images on-line without a signed modeling release and proof of age.

Do it the right way. HIRE A MODEL AND GET A MODLING RELEASE!

Maybe we need a list of pornstars/models who will do a nude or semi-nude photoshoot with non-pro photographers.

"If you want to experience the joy of intimacy with your dream girl, HIRE AN ESCORT".

That's not intimacy, it's action for cash. Intimacy comes with an emotional bond.

Sorry to digress from the informative escort threads!

The fact that they are retired players shouldn't bear upon it.  I read that a group of retired NFL players recently won a big suit vs NFLPA, b/c videogames use their likeness (not their names) on "classic" teams.

I'm not an IP attorney.  Before you launch any kind of business like that, you should consult one.  Paying a couple of hundred dollars could save you thousands.....which could be spent on some of the MANY girls on the 300 Club list!  (see?  I brought it back to this board!)

...missed the point entirely...If this is something you really want to do, then invest a couple hundred bucks in an hour from an IP attorney and get a clear legal opinion.  Otherwise, you are asking for trouble!!!

If it's just nude and semi nude photo work.
I'd say at least 75% of the porn stars out there would be glad to pick up that kind of work. Just shot them an e-mail via their web sites or myspace. Or I'm sure Lezley Zen or Pamela Peaks would be more than happy to help you out with finding girls.

As for NON-porn stars. There's literally thousands of girls out there that would jump at the chance and they don't cost as much as you might think.
And if you get pretty handy with a camera and gils like your work, many will ever shoot with you for free! Non-nude that is. But after awhile the nudity thing aint that big of a deal when you really get into shooting a model you really like

The key is to be profesional and don't hit on them. If you hire them for pics then understand that pics are ALL you are going to get.

PM me if you want more info on this.

Wow that sucks. Would have loved to see you but I won't see a PSE that doesn't allow video, just something I want with the high rate. I do understand why you won't allow it anymore and wish you luck.

While I understand what you mean I don't agree with you at all. These ladies charge an insane amount of money compared to "escorts" so we expect a PSE not GFE. If the pornstars want to charge 250-300 an hour instead of the 600-1000 a hour that a number want then fine. Yes, if your going to post the pictures online then sure you should have a model release, that part I can agree with 100%

With all due respect I think your missing the over all point I was trying to make.

I'm just saying if you wanna take XXX pics of girls and plaster them alll over the internet don't hire an escort, hire a model and have her sign a modeling release.

Let's not split hairs here.
