That's is based on my analysis of their filmography:

Kayden Kross is not a beach lady...great in glamour role and parody-type of movie were her candid face looks attuned with the pace and tempo of a semi-structured plot...doesn't look to me a free birds overall for a island and sunny flick;

Bree Olson: if you need a busty blonde for the movie I won't pick her...her action in Sun Goddess Malibu doesn't recorded a huge success...good for school-teenagers role and parodies where her little voice can make some effect...

Same for Sasha Gray as above...stunning lady in kinky and hard/fast pacing movie, certainly out of her game on a beach with that pale skin...

Isabella Soprano skills are for busty-gonzo style of movies, not much after that...

For Sunny Lane: Darkside, the only difficult role she got, under James Avalon, revealed her as not completely comfortable in plot-oriented flicks, indeed with her face, and that great booty she is perfect for Big Wet Ass and Curvy type of smut...

I see space for Sindee Jennings as little bitchy-surfing horny babes in the plot...

And certainly I will take Jacky Joy on board because with her "fuck-me and smile babe attitude" she could throw some spicy over the plot, especially in the final fuck-fest, which I'm sure Mr French would love to end up the re-make of this classic...

PS: This flick is part of a trilogy, all shot in one go in Hawaii, all directed by a great of the Golden Age, Svetlana; her Hawaiian Trilogy, all shot in 1984 included: "A Little Bit Of Hanky Panky", "Surrender in Paradise", "Pink Lagoon."

Some argue that also Panty Raid is part of these Hawaiian series...

So if you like that genre I strongly urge you to check them out...they are a gem of Svetlana work: Ginger Lynn, Stacy Donovan and Lois Ayres played in all four, another reason to watch them.

I've met all of them in person except for Isabella Soprano.  I disagree somewhat with your assessments.

As for their being pale, ever hear of spray on tans?  I don't see that as a problem.  

Except for Sasha and Isabella, I've seen the rest in bikinis or similar clothing.  They looked great.  

Besides, it's my fantasy, not yours. Pththththt.  

I do agree with your comments about the trilogy... Ginger Lynn seemed to think that "Panty Raid" was part of the same series when I had her sign that and "Surrender in Paradise".  Although, she was topless at the time so I might have not been paying enough attention to what she was saying.

Lois Ayres said that she had a blast making that film and told me some behind the scenes stuff including which of the cast members had fake tans.  

I'm sorry I never got a chance to meet Stacy Donovan or Crystal Holland in person.  Sigh.

If I had to pick one cast over the other... hmmm, tough call.  Certainly, if I had a time machine, i wouldn't mind going back to that year and play with the likes of Ginger Lynn, Stacy Donavan, Crystal Holland, Lois Ayres, etc. when they were in their prime.

Lois Ayers was definitely a gorgeous babe and one of the nicest porn stars I've met.  We definitely had fun when I took a trip out to LA in the mid-90s... we had so much fun together that she came back for a second date and brought a friend from the strip club where she was working.
