I have been messaging some porn stars. I messaged one recently  and she said, you have to talk to "Agency X." I went to their site but it said, "We are not an escort agency." However, how can these women tour? I highly doubt that there are that many porn producers out there in these cities eager to shoot porn. I think the whole "porn world" is quite small.  
I do also have a site that a porn star gave me which specially target porn stars, however, some of the agency women are not there.    
I wonder if any of you guys have experience with women in agencies..etc.

I have lots of experience with, and knowledge about agencies, if you want to PM me.  Lots of guys here have used agencies and you'll probably find lots of comments on this board if you search back.

I'd say the "standard" rates for most A and B list porn stars booked through an agency start at $1,500/hour and can be as high as $3,000/per hour. I've been somewhat successful in booking certain porn stars directly for $500-$800 for a 2-5 hour date.  So the PS gets the full fee she's expecting and I save enough to book her again.  

 
Older (and sometimes now fatter) PS's can sometimes be seen with lower rates, but you need to spend time researching. I recommend signing up for one or two PS agencies just to get a more accurate view of who is really available and the total (her fee plus agency fee) rates.  But you will need to agree to the agencies screening reqs. Most will do this without a fee, but some want you to put down $100+ to join before you can see or book.  

 
But even with a "reputable" agency, there is still a risk. Some will demand a non-refundable deposit. Some have listed some porn stars on their site who no longer escort or who they don't actually (and never did) represent just to get guys on the hook.  I was trying to book Holly Hendrix once and was advised by the agency that she was a "flake" and should pick someone else. The "someone else" I picked wasn't really in my local area. The next someone else I picked was at double the fee...I ended up passing.

Mr French, would be very interested in hearing your opinion on reputable PSE agencies nowadays as things have obviously changed in the last couple years I have been gone from these boards.  I attempted to msg you, but the site did not allow this for whatever reason. - ILGI

The one I deal with most now is Alluring Intros (AI). They are always honest and respond quickly to inquiries. I have also used Porn Companions with no problems. They both work with a many girls.

I was looking at AI, since they allow verification via independents.

Site mentioned a cancellation fee, but it was only via credit card or some online payment platform.
Makes me wonder if the intro fee is also through those methods.

I'm asking since I'm used to cash on the barrel when the lady arrives.
I used PC back when it was still known as HUBH2 and I was amazed at how details the negotiations could be.
Does AI allow that?
Do any agencies use encrypted communication channels that allow openness in the details?

I've learned that what a lady does on camera doesn't always translate to the private sector.
Makes for awkward moments at the dinner table...

In my personal experience, there is no "negotiation" involved -- agency tells you the fee and you can take it or leave it.

I have been pretty happy with AI. Used to use PP, but her website is just too out of date (every girl I asked about was "taking a break").

Curious to see who else may be suggested. PC has a nice lineup, but I haven't seen anyone on their site that wasn't on AI (but I will keep looking! LOL)

IMHO, ALL of them have a disappointing LACK of young Asian PS! LOL

I was asking how open they were to discussing recommending a girl that does certain activities.

In the past, I've learned that some ladies only do anal on camera and other restrictions like that.
Other than going by reviews of course, which is affected by the YMMV effect, it would be nice to be able to ask directly.
