A buddy of mine found out that his name is on Michelle's "list".  Does anyone know any good attorneys in the L.A. area... he is a bit on edge to say the least.

Unless he's a mover-and-shaker, he probably doesn't have much, if anything to worry about.  The Fed's aren't interested in the average client.  They have their sights set on the Big Boys as well as a particular Adult Talent Agency that supplied girls to Nici.

If your friend is the type of person that would be contacted; then he is the type of person that already has a lawyer.  Chances are very small.  That said, I would also think that even if someone like your friend were to be called upon that all one would have to say is that had an appointment with the agency and that you got a therapuetic massage for your bad back from a woman that they had on staff.  Seriously.  It was a long time ago.  They would also have to have spoken to whomever that person on the staff would have been and she would have to say something incriminating?  That is if she could ever remember your friend!  And, then it would be her word against yours?  Just thoughts.

Unless LE has a wire or a camera in the room, it's just a matter of you're word against theirs.  They KNOW you were fucking the girl, but unless she's willing to testify that you were (and why would she incriminate herself), they have no way to prove exactly what you were doing in the room.

The best that they can do is publically embarrass you.

There was a very famous, hit song back in the 1970's.  It was called "(No One Knows What Goes On) Behind Closed Doors".  It was a pop-country song by Charlie Pride, #1 hit actually.  Point is, I find that to be an excellent mantra (unless you are writing a review, but those are fictional anyway).

Sorry about the previous double post.  My browser messes up.  I don't know how to delete a double post? Wrong forum for that but it is good info to have.

The correct answer is you say NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the police. Don't volunteer information, don't do anything other than ask for your lawyer if the police call and start asking question.

Watch this video and you will understand why I said that.

Good advice.  You always want to remain silent, ESPECIALLY if your innocent, let alone have something to hide!

Honestly, I used to see girls through there, and I'd likely be on the list.  I'm not worried, because I am a small person in the grand scheme of this thing.  Of course say nothing, but if the list got published somehow, just say you got a dancer for a bachelor party.
