Facewise, I don't think she looks as well as before.  She definitely had some cosmetic enhancements....although I wouldn't say it improved her look.  Face too puffy, lips too full, etc.

I have never been a big fan of Nikki and I just saw a new photo of her on Twitter.  She definitely looks different and not as good as before.  I know that I'm in the minority but there's just something about it that I'm not attracted to.

she hasnt ever really done it for me either. id hit it, but only if it was free

I never did understand why they all feel the need for the facial enhancments.  she was almost perfect before, she never needed any work to be done.

I think she looks great still.  She's still got it in my mind. She says she's gotten new boobs, but they aren't any bigger.
