I can't decide on the cities to tour in mid to late Feb and March.
DC and NYC I'll visit the first week most likely unless the Special rate here in LA keeps me too busy.

well their is the legendary french quarter, which is always a good time to visit,  superbowl weekend will be jumping off in new orleans due to the saints first superbowl trip.  mardi gras the following weekned will be fun.  i would try and stay downtown or on the out skirts of the city its self.
