I reached out to the last reviewer and he also wondered why other had not mentioned the weight gain. I do recall seeing a scene of her where she had some added layers, not the Sativa I was used to seeing on camera. I recall she had a baby, she may have never lost the weight gain.

So I wonder how much she has put on. Doesn’t she work the web chat sites? Anyone seen her on web chat or in person that can give us an idea of how she looks? She used to be such a petite and tight body.

Her most recent review, which was posted by someone who claims to have seen her several times, states that she is "30-40lbs" overweight and isn't worth the premium rate. However, reviews posted from March make no mention of any problem with her appearance. I'm considering seeing her in Chicago- can anyone verify how she looks?

I absolutely 100% stand behind the validity of my review. If you are expecting the Sativa Rose from her porn videos then you will be disappointed. She is 30-40 pounds heavier than when she was filming. Hopefully other people who have seen her recently will back me up on this.

I saw Sativa during AVN last January. She has gained a considerable amount of weight.

When I opened the door to her hotel room I was shocked at how Sativa looked. She smelled good and she was sweet, but she looked a lot different than in her pics...much heavier. After the session I mentioned her appearance to her agent. The agent said Sativa was trying to lose weight but was having a tough time. 30-40 pounds is difficult to lose.

I respectfully disagree with the original responder. I saw her last week in LA and she looked fantastic. Since her main shooting days she has had a baby and had breast implants so her shape is different than it was when she was 20, much more curvy and voluptuous. But she is a gorgeous woman, her face is as stunning as every, and her performance can't be topped. If you want a beautiful woman to make you feel special as she unleashes her passion on you, you can't do better than Sativa. Hell, if I could find a way to make it to Chicago that week, I'd book her for the evening and shut out all your other guys. She's that much fun to be with!

In your defense of Sativa you made my main issue with Sativa. Her current ads do not reflect her current looks. She is advertising as the Sativa Rose of her porn days but that's not what opens the door. Yes her face is stunning, but the photos aren't accurate. You say her shape is different from her porn days and that she is much more curvy and voluptuous.  What you consider to be curvy & voluptuous I consider to be 30-40 pounds heavier than her porn days. Sativa's ads should reflect her current looks. Some ads don't even have photos or mention her boobjob.
To each their own and I'm not attacking you but obviously we disagree. I just feel that if you are selling yourself as Sativa Rose the pornstar and asking for that pornstar premium you should look like the photos in your ad. That goes for all the ladies in my opinion. Your ads should reflect how you currently look, stop with the old photos.

even if she has gained 20-30 pounds.  she is still a small girl.  several years ago, she was 5'0, barely 100 lbs.  now, with 20 more lbs, that is still 5'0, 120 lbs; which is still a nice figure (it is actually even small compared to today's standards).  so i don't see what the big deal is?  plus, most of the 20 extra lbs is probably attributed to the enlarged breasts

Now, I am a 27 year old woman with a womanly figure that I love. My figure also attributes to the fact that I had a child and I also had my breasts done that are larger than I had before. For the individual that says I am some huge woman. I'm sorry you feel that way. I am not 30 nor 20 lbs overweight. I may have been thicker to you than what you expected, but the pic that is attached to my ad is as close to what I look like now. But, I am now thinner and working out more than I have to because I gained the curves I always wanted. My breasts  and my tush do make me curvier and I love it that way. But at this moment I am fit and to put this to bed I will put up a few new pix up from a current photo shoot within a few days when they are in my possession. I'm sorry i'm not able o go back and forth all day about my looks but what I would like to say is I love my job, I love meeting people, and I love all my fans. Have you seen her recently? She's more in the 135 to 145 pound range. As I've said there's a significant weight gain of 30-40 pounds. I wouldn't have said anything if she was 120 lbs. It's not just extra weight in her boobs. The big deal is that her photos do not reflect her current look, which is a pet peeve. I've seen Sativa off and on for the last few years including within the last couple of months and I just cannot imagine anyone not having a great time with her.  She is so beautiful, her body is just a wonderland, smooth and clean, her performance is so passionate and as a person she's so cool and relaxed (and not a clock watcher).

I have seen a lot of porn stars and other escorts and there's a lot of different reasons to see an escort, including looks, performance, attitude, etc. and I honestly don't think I've met anyone who I've enjoyed my time with more and that includes my most recent time with her.

This is about expectations and truth in marketing. Yes that may be harsh or offensive to some but that is the truth. We pay top dollar based on the fantasy, photos, video and TER reviews. To some, 30-40 pounds is too much of a difference, while others find that tolerable if the performance is top quality. I have been one that has overlooked such things in some girls while others have balked at the weight gain. And some girls look better with curves while others do not. But ultimately it is in eye of the beholder.

I saw you in May 2011 in San Francisco. I was upset with the fact that the photos in your ad do not match your current looks. I stand firm with what I stated about your looks and others have contacted me saying the same thing. You freely admit that the photos in your ads do not represent your current looks. Maybe you aren't 40 pounds overweight but you are probably 30-40 pounds heavier than your filming days. I look forward to these new photos and we can have an accurate portrayal. Just hope they aren't too photoshopped,
