So, Monday of this week (2-16-2015) I sent in my screening information to The Luxury Companion and My Platinum Providers. It is now Thursday, and I have not heard back from either of them. They did not even let me know that they had received and were processing my application. I tried sending a follow-up email to MPP on Wednesday to make sure things were OK, and they did not respond to that email either. When I submitted my applications to both sites, I filled out every piece of information I could. Has anyone had this happen to them in the past? Does the silence mean they're still working on processing me, or did I do something wrong and they already deleted my application without telling me? Thanks!
Yeah this...When I verified with her I gave three references I thought were good. Two of them got back to her within a couple of hours, but one of them said she didn't know me (???). She waited on the third for six days to reply, after she and I both followed up with the reference. So something like that could be what you're seeing here too.
I have seen comments about agencies not getting back to people in the past.
So at least this place is showing customers they care and stand by their business! This is good to know and I will consider them in the future.

I receive a great many E mails and personally answer each and everyone of them. There are NO emails from you on 2/16/2015 as well as the day before and after the 16th up until the 17th. Since you are a TER member with reviews most any agencies would respond immediately. To say two of two let you down and turning to a discussion board seem dubious to me to vent and I am thinking my expectations are very reasonable. I sent you a PM and no response.
Quite frankly why on earth would you not just call, I answer phones unlike most others to air your frustrations or you seeking to conduct a Gallup pole type ambush airing of dirty laundry type complaints/vent that are unfounded.
Seemingly you are a well versed seasoned veteran of this, and a known reviewer, a resolve would be elementary for you and just an Email with a mention of your TER handle or better a call right. This would a correct approach.
