For those who test and then partake of bbfs, two questions:

How recent should the test be? 1 day, a few days, a week, a month, or...?

What is the normal suite?  HIV is obvious.  What about the non-lethal but annoying ones like HSV, chlamydia, hepatitis, or "the works"?

The answer I am looking for is what will those pros who do bbfs with care accept.  Norms not 100% safety (which does not exist).

Full spectrum is always best.  Why would you do anything less?  Many sites are about $220 or so.  If you can't afford the test, maybe you should be looking somewhere else.
