Just got a BRAND new computer with a GORGEOUS 21" inch HD monitor.  

Lucky me, right?

Eh...problem is, those sites that offer free porn...those clips looked FINE on my old SD 13" monitor.  They look CRAPPY on my NEW one.

Anyone got any SUGGESTIONS for sites, ideally FREE, but if not, PAID?

I mainly used "X Videos." GREAT site, TONS of free content, too much of it NOT meant for HD monitors.

I tried "Pornhub," but I think you have to PAY to set up PLAYLISTS (or maybe an OLD man like myself just doesn't know HOW to use it!)

There's "Beeb."  ALL free HD-quality videos, but in very LIMITED quantity.

Then there's "PornHD," but that was giving me all types of MALWARE.  Use at your own risk, gents.

There are a few sites out there that do offer HD quality videos and streaming but there aren't many videos that were filmed with that quality to start with.  Even streaming sites like Streamate or Chaturbate where you can watch models perform live, don't have many people with HD cameras to stream high quality video yet as far as I've seen.  I usually see less than 10% of the models broadcasting using HD.

I could be wrong but the best solution I think is to change your monitor's resolution.  I don't know about a PC but on a Mac it's very easy to switch back and forth between HD and non-HD resolutions.

Damn, Mr. French, I feel like rather than post a message on these boards, I should just put up something akin to the "Bat-Signal" (A "French-Signal") to summon you.  You're that GOOD!  

NOW, I don't do the "Streamate/Chatturbate" stuff.  I don't get it.  For what you could POTENTIALLY end up spending, you might as well get yourself a REAL live girl (that's right, kids, they exist!)

As for OLD porn (we're talking Vanessa Del Rio, Tracey Adams, Keisha, Ebony Ayes, etc,. Ahh!), I get it.  There's NO way that would look good on an HD monitor.  But for NOSTALGIA'S sake, I have a separate playlist on my "XVideos" account where I save those CLASSIC clips for future "consumption," irregardless of the video QUALITY.

No sir, I'm talking about seeing LOVELY ladies like Bridgette B, Amy Addams, Alison Tyler (LOVE that girl!) in HD.  "XVideos" has SOME HD clips, but not MANY.  Plus, MANY of those NEW clips are only MINUTES long.  Again, I don't get the point to such SHORT clips.

Gotta look into what you mentioned, Mr. French, about changing the RESOLUTION of the monitor.  Ironically enough, I DID purchase a MAC, a Mac Mini, my FIRST Mac, after my PC died and I called Dell and they put me on HOLD...for an HOUR! (UGH!)

So far, so good.  I just don't want to make a BIG fuss every time I gets the need to "yank" one out.  I don't do it EVERY day, but still, I don't want to have to adjust my settings EVERY single time I do.

But I will look into it.

Seriously, thanks for the Mac tip!  Tried out what you said, and it's true, it is relatively easy to change the resolution on a Mac to one more appropriate to a lower quality clip, as MANY of "Videos" are.

Unfortunately, even changing the resolution didn't help the VIDEO quality of some of "XVideos" clips, and as I mentioned, HD is unforgiving, so R.I.P. to possibly HUNDREDS of saved clips (sniff sniff).

Guess I'll have to go elsewhere to get my "jollies," even if that means PAYING for it, which I'm willing to do, but for a site that's WORTH it.

Anyone else got any other SITE ideas they care to share with the board?

Any suggestions would certainly be MUCH appreciated.

Thanks for all the kind words.  And, yes, there are some people who think I AM a mutant.  Well, a freak anyway.  Maybe even a nerd. I'm definitely a horny dude who has been around the block a few dozen times and think getting things free is always better than paying for them.  

Just to add some more info here, you might want to look into some of the video players out there besides Flash or whatever you're using.  

You know how you can buy a Blu-Ray player that can take your older DVDs and "upscale" them to the Blu-Ray quality?  Well, there are some software packages out there that can do the same thing.  I haven't actually looked into this much because I haven't had a need to but I'm sure there are video players out there that can do this.  If it works for DVD->Blu-Ray then I imagine it can to some limited extent with other formats.  Of course you're limited to the quality of the source regardless of what you do with it (we used to call it GIGO in my computer programming days - Garbage In, Garbage Out).

The video player I generally use is VLC - it's available for Mac, iOS, Android and Windows (link below).  It can play pretty much any format and I haven't found any problem playing videos, even older ones.  Videos that were recorded on crappy equipment still look crappy - can't help that.  But videos that were recorded on decent equipment can be made to look good regardless of the resolution of your monitor (it might actually play a little with the resolution internally just like games do).

As to someone's comment about how much you pay on the streaming sites, well, some of them are pretty much free.  You can pay to tip the girls of course, and some of the girls do demand tips to flash tits or something but you can watch as long as you want for free (unless she goes into a private or group show).    MyFreecams.com has emphasized the fact that their site is totally free (except for tips, group shows and privates).  Chaturbate works pretty much the same way.  Of course, along with getting the girls to do things for tips, some of them also limit chatting to paid members, or people with positive credits or other limitations but, seriously, I haven't paid a dime to any of these sites in about 2 years and I watch for an hour or two every night!  And there are some porn stars on these sites periodically.  For example, I see Savannah Steele on MyFreeCams at least once a week and I sometimes see Kayla and Kendall Kayden either alone or together.  And there's a porn star that I see periodically on Chaturbate with her husband (or boyfriend - not sure)  but I can't think of the name right now (I'm having a senior moment).  Jessa Haze, maybe?  That's one thing Chaturbate lacks - a good search feature so if the person isn't on right then broadcasting, you can't look them up.

Other pay sites to check out for videos include: Clips4Sale.com and HotMovies.com as well as individual lady's websites.  Every time I go to Exxxotica I come back with "free trials" or free minutes to a half-dozen or so sites.  Sunny Lane used to be a "spokesmodel" for HotMovies and used to hand me about a dozen or so cards every year, each worth about 30 minutes of free movies.

I'd just started purchasing DVDs when the 'net broke out.  Now my collection is limited to about 15.  Gonna throw those out too.  What can I say, DIGITAL is where it's at nowadays!
