Loved your blog about Jill. A couple of questions for a newbie to the PS scene.  Is it your experience that some PS will allow AIM testing in how they experience a client?

Secondly, you mention AIM on-line can you give a minor tutorial on the subject sounds like a great way to take a PSE to a new level.
