"TLC" around her has usually meant TheLuxuryCompanion.com. Is that who you mean? I'm not familiar with an agency that's just called "Top level Companion Agency" - maybe you could post a URL to their site if it's not TheLuxuryCompanion?
Top Level Companion has been around for couple years and now expanding to different cities other than Miami and NYC. Take a look at site for other cities, such as, Atlanta. I have inquired about some of the talent, but ended up contacting some of the listed talent directly. My contact with them was professional by email/telephone.
