Okay, let's get some opinions here, both the ladies and the guys chime in. I've heard myths about things that can be done to strengthen erections, everything from people that swear by Viagra to actual exercises that can be done. Opinions and insights please...
I'm toying around with these sort of but clenching exercises. Not sure if it's a waste of energy or if it will help my performance (things are good down there, I'd just like to improve my game) and for that matter, how long I should do this before I see real results if this is a legitimate way of strengthening my unit for more solid performance.

The penis, though composed of SOME muscular tissue is effected primarily by blood flow. This will sound boring but a healthy cardiovascular system is the best way to achieve a good NATURAL erection.

Viagra? If you don't really need it Viagra will make your dick harder than a fence post and it will, in many cases, retard the ejaculation process. Good way to wind up on a lot of DNS lists...
That aside - one needs to figure out why they need the "strength". Is the cause in the big head (performance anxiety), is it in the neck or lower back (pinched nerves), is it in the feeder arteries (viagra).
Butt clenching or 'man kegel' may or may not work in some cases - but I'm sure the ladies would appreciate a toned ass when presented... so there is something to be said of its utility.
