There are too many accounts of her being politely and discreetly asked and then going off like a harpie.
As for her tweets, I'd take them with a grain of salt. I wouldn't put it past her to post such stuff to goose attendance.
Is is possible she is "available" with the right guy for the right price ? Sure. Just not very likely.

Just because Lisa talks about sleeping with guys in different cities doesn't mean they are fans that have paid for the privilege. They could easily be rock stars, athletes, etc...

When you are asked the same question over and over and over again... even after you have posted a youtube video, stating that you are not available, it can get annoying. Hell, I have a reputation for being one of the nicest, sweetest people to talk to and arrange appointments with... but after having numerous "regular" clients decide that they feel they can flake on me, cancel last minute, want to sext (for free,) or ask me to send nude pics... just because they've seen me a couple of times, or even ask me to lower my rate to HALF my normal rate... even I can be a bitch. (That's why I've hired an assistant to handle those things for me now.) But for someone like Lisa, who has to deal with people asking even though she's repeatedly addressed the issue, at what point does she have the right to blow her lid?
