What are the advantages of outcall vs incall? Is one better if your out of town vs in your home city?

I always personally prefer outcall and I only see providers when out of town.  I know a lot of people prefer incall, but I get a little creeped out when I think of the things that might get left behind by a previous visitor.  Not that you can be assured of that as a hotel guest, but I think cleanliness is a little more likely when you're at a hotel vs. a strangers house that might have had a few "visitors".
