If you look in the properties of the photo it is an AVN press shot for Presley Hart.

I also found this pic and some similar ones by using Google Images (a search function). Just save the pic and click on the Images tab and then browse for it in your folders. Usually some website or blogger will have identified whoever it is, even with older pics.
