So the original girls instagram; Eva Lovia, five minutes of googling and I find I like her. Watch a couple videos... I am like Waaa Whoo! then I find her twitter account where she is decrying escorting...

I don't know anything about this one but just because they say something on twitter or in interviews doesn't always make it true . Some of these girls don't even post on twitter themselves they hire people to do it for them .

If you follow Miss Lovia on Instagram you will know she spends a lot of time on private jet aircraft.  Draw your own conclusion.

As far as I know there just a straight up agency . Every once in awhile you hear rumors that if you know the right people or know how to ask in the right way that some of the agencies might be able to help .
  Honestly your best bet is to go to someone like Adiona at TLC . Even if she doesn't represent the girl she can try to reach out for you .

1) The tweet in your link is from 2013, when she was still doing g/g scenes. She just started going b/g scenes within the last few months.  
2) She wasn't decrying escorting. She wrote that she didn't escort and if she did, she would not do it for $700
