Couldn't you just send her a TER email?

Too many assumptions on your part? But to answer your question, typically most providers don't have a VIP account on TER and therefore they don't have the ability to send or receive private messages. In the event they do have a VIP account, they will explicitly say that you may contact them by sending a PM here on TER.

A simple search of Devon's screen name would bring up her posts, at least one of the recent ones includes her email.  Probably took less time than it will take you to write a negative response to this post.
