Monique was in Atlanta last week performing at a club.  She looked awesome and her stage persona was great.  I was very tempted to arrange time with her but the cost was prohibitive on the only site I found her listed .  Sorry I can't remember which agancy's site it is but a little research will find it but it was one of those that you don't have to enlist to see their ladies.

She has been listed on Pam Peaks's site forever as openly providing...and with one of the biggest pricetags among the non-UTR girls listed. Whether the listing is up to date or not, maybe only Pam and Monique know.

Notice I didn't say she provides, just that she's listed on an agency's site.  We've all read in other threads about ladies who publicly dismiss the idea but have been available although, typically, UTR.
