I don't know much about the agency, but.....

I believe that the reference to the IRS forms means that they can do your taxes while you wait for your date.

Lourdes is legit

The IRS form is for withholding. The last thing they want is for the IRS to claim they're not paying taxes, and go down like Miami Companions. The girls are "entertainers." That's my guess. Keep the agency biz legal, and what goes on BCD is between the entertainer and her client.

Correction

The IRS form listed under EMPLOYMENT FORMS is a W9, which is used to produce 1099s for ind. contractors and freelancers. Google is your friend, btw.
