id was able to book Kortney Kane in 2017 before TER went hiatus & it wasnt easy to book her because tired for years for verification to references.  she said she retired after AVN 2014 & anything after wasnt release yet or yes likely remastered.  she is UTR & switch between agency recalling 212/646-NY, 702-LV, 212/323-LA ones & depends on assistant & ask them all.  

I saw her a few times back about 7-8 years and she was awesome. I saw her in LA 2-3 times and she toured Boston a few times.
