id was able to book Kortney Kane in 2017 before TER went hiatus & it wasnt easy to book her because tired for years for verification to references.  she said she retired after AVN 2014 & anything after wasnt release yet or yes likely remastered.  she is UTR & switch between agency recalling 212/646-NY, 702-LV, 212/323-LA ones & depends on assistant & ask them all.  

she dont tour much because able to get one message/email tour again in 2019 & dont know about 2020.  

I saw her a few times back about 7-8 years and she was awesome. I saw her in LA 2-3 times and she toured Boston a few times. She even hung out with me both times while she was in Boston after her tour was done. She bought us Red Sox tickets for us and another time we spent a few hours hanging out in Harvard square.
