I would just point out on the topic of zinc...  A lot of those volume pills on the market are loaded with all those ingredients including a ton of zinc.  Many of them recommend you take several a day.  Zinc is toxic in large amounts, preventing absorption of other minerals in your body.  If you feel naseous after taking those, it's a good indicator you're taking far too much.
