Although the face is blurred, these are clearly photos of Kristina Black.  I saw the same photos on eros-la not too long ago.  I'm a huge fan of hers and would give anything to see her which may be why I'm so bothered by fake ads for her.  Anyway, I have two points: 1) Why do these people think we're gonna fall for ads like this?  2) I would think performers would object to these kinds of phony ads which use their likeness and would be entitled to some kind of restitution (at least cease and desist).  Thoughts?

For the same reason that some providers say that they're a "Playboy" Centerfold...

These ladies aren't looking for the PSE fan... they're looking for the regular guy, and they use those photos because they're of a hot looking lady, professionally shot, and they can download them off of the internet.

As to question 2, pornstars just have better things to do with their time then go after every provider who steals their photos, just as they don't have the time to go after every one of the adult websites that steal vidcaps and photos from other sites to put together a gallery.
