I believe that to be the appropriate term used when an individual, mainly women (but not exclusively so) are NEVER satisfied with their looks, and proceed to get questionable, unnecessary surgery.

Two classic cases in point - Sienna West and Bridgette B.

Both started out as GORGEOUS (albeit surgically enhanced) starlets.  

Unfortunately, body dysmorphia has left them shadows of their former selves, especially Sienna.

Her large breasts are now just RIDICULOUSLY (and painfully) huge, and her lip injections inevitably leave her looking BUFFOONISH.  🙄.

Bridgette was ALMOST perfect before her latest iteration.  Her only SLIGHT flaw was a small bump at the bridge of her nose, which made her relatably human.  

Unfortunately, she was apparently dissatisfied with her appearance, and proceeded to get one of those “PERFECT” noses that too many woman are fond of, but which inevitably add an unfortunate ARTIFICIALITY to their appearance.

I post not with any malicious intent, but as an adoring fan who has seen too many of these porn starlets undergo unnecessary procedures.

BTW, there should be a place in HELL for those “doctors” that profit from these young ladies underlying psychological issues.

Whatever happened to “first, do no HARM?”  😡

I never met Bridgette and I wish I had. I didn’t think there was anything wrong with her nose at all. I’m more disappointed about what she did to her tits.

Her big fake tits looked amazing and they suited her frame very well. They were pretty well done too.

Then she had them redone, made smaller, hacked off most of her nipple and it doesn’t look good. Most of the time big tits mean bigger nipples, it is what is. She should have never touched her tits after the first boob job.  

The scar that runs straight down from the nipple to the bottom of the breast usually looks terrible. I have no idea why they do this.

Poor yurizan Beltran was the first girl I saw have this type of surgery and it didn’t come out well. She was stunning and I won’t say anything else critical of her appearance because sadly she isn’t here anymore.

Nicole Aniston also did this to her boobs and it it looked really bad. I never saw a girls appearance change that much in 5-6 years and it wasn’t for the better

Lela Star was as cute and natural as they come. Multiple surgeries later she looks like a cartoon character drawn by a 12 year-old boy. I hope she’s happy, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Didn’t notice that about Bridgette.  

Maybe because I haven’t seen her most recent videos.

In her case, breast augmentation surgery INITIALLY provided a VAST improvement, especially if you’re familiar with her EARLIER work.  

This doesn't really fall under the category of excessive surgery, but when Janine first started appearing in adult movies, she was gorgeous. A tall, statuesque blonde with big tits (albeit enhanced -- but they looked great) a pretty face and a near flawless body. She might have had one or two very small tattoos.  

Nowadays, she's almost covered from head to toe in ink. I don't know if that turns some dudes on, but it grosses me out. Just can't figure what possessed her to do that to herself.

She was arguably one of the most BEAUTIFUL “gals” to ever work in porn, so much so that she was immortalized on the cover for Blink 182’s most successful album (ANYONE remember them?  😳).

Anyone feel free to CORRECT me if I’m wrong, but I think she admitted, while being interviewed by Howard Stern, that she PURPOSELY tattooed the remainder of her body so that she DIDNT have to make any further porn flicks.

Go figure.  🤔
