There is a PSE (well known PS who is UTR) who is currently available in my area.  She is one of my ATF and on my bucket list.  However, she is battling emotional/psychological issues.  Would it be ok to see her, or would it be better just to pass on this opportunity?

I did a session with someone who was dealing with issues that I did not know were going on.
It turned out to be a very disappointing night.  

I would suggest you wait until she is better off than to proceed with a session.

Wow, tough call. I'd say it depends on exactly what her issues are, and how prepared you are to handle them. Also, if you meet her and then realize that she is just going through the motions, what to do next? If you are the type who is good at helping such people, then maybe you can be a friend and help her (whether you two finish the date or not). To me, just meeting and talking to someone who I've desired is worth something, even if nothing physical happens. I remember Ed used to talk about (without naming) how he became friends with several girls and helped them and even did non hobby things with them.

On the other hand, you could also get in over your head, and get into situations that you can't easily get out of. I'm sure many guys here would advise you to either steer clear, or if you do accept the date, try to separate in your mind her emotional situation from the moment. After all, maybe she needs the money, and that might help her too.

If she seems suicidal or self destructive, then this becomes a much more serious problem needing professional help. Good luck with whatever you decide, and I hope she's OK soon.

For what PSE charge, and there being so many of them, why risk it? Sadly, there is no baggage like pornstar baggage.

Wow, next time just say what you really think ! Being that there is a whole section devoted to PSE, I dont believe" resorting" to them means you have an issue. Just a different preference or taste, if you will. Seeing how much work and $$ is involved, I would pass as well. If she is on your bucket list and you are spending a pretty penny, best to see her when she is on her game. Nothing worst than being out a few grand and the girl of your dreams turns out to be a big dissappointment, especially when it can be avoided.

We are talking about spending an hour with this lady not starting a relationship with her correct?
Whatever issues she's having she very well may be able to put them aside for the time she's with you.
If she's UTR then she probably has no reviews so do you have any reason to believe it would be a bad experience? That being said I probably would advise you not to do a dinner date or extended visit at least at first. Have you had any communication with her yet? If you're booking direct you may get a clue of her mental state just from a couple email correspondences. If she's an ATF and on your bucket list I'd say go for it.

I would pass, brother.

I have seen two providers who had some issues (unbeknownst to me before booking) and neither was a good experience.

Pornstars retire or go on prolonged hiatus all the the time with little or no warning.
If the money matters that much to you, I suggest you hold on to your money.
Even a disappointing experience with a bucket lister is better than no experience.
If you aren't willing to take the chance on a bad outing you shouldn't be playing this game at all.
