Who ever posted this ad, if she really thinks that "VIP CLIENTS, CEO'S, DIPLOMATS, HIGH ROLLERS, INVESTORS, BUSINESS OWNERS" on trolling on Backpage, dying to divest themselves of two grand, she may find herself a tad disappointed!
As far as the veracity, who knows? However, since she says she's 21, all you need to do is determine who the last three Penthouse Pets of the Year were and do a little comparison. I wouldn't be particularly optimistic.
