Pretty sure I know what he means. I know a girl who used to escort under the radar who's latched on to three or four guys who were escort clients and is milking them for all they're worth. She's made a living of seeing them all on a weekly basis and collectively they meet all of hers, and her live-in boyfriend's, needs both materialistic and financial. She is a "maneater" in the classic sense of the word and is just chewing these guys up and spitting them out.
