Pretty sure I know what he means. I know a girl who used to escort under the radar who's latched on to three or four guys who were escort clients and is milking them for all they're worth. She's made a living of seeing them all on a weekly basis and collectively they meet all of hers, and her live-in boyfriend's, needs both materialistic and financial. She is a "maneater" in the classic sense of the word and is just chewing these guys up and spitting them out. Each and every one of them is madly in love with this gal and believe they're each gonna marry her and live happily ever after! It's quite sad really and NO, I'm not one of them. LOL! Poor bastards!
