In my opinion, PSE is pretty much distinguished by the fact you are with an actual Porn Star.  Yea, the action may tend to be a bit more on the "wild side" and perhaps more likely to include a visit to the Greek Isles, but not necessarily.  Hell, I've had many a session with a GFE-type that was as wild as some porn movie action.
