From what I've heard, Bibi went through some tough times about a year ago and decided to retire from porn, only to come back about 6 months later.  As of February, she was back filming.

There have been many rumors about her escorting - a google search will turn up some of them.  My favorite is her profile on WhatsYourPrice.com.  I don't know if she really posted that or if it's a scam.
