You could do a search and see if people have asked about your UTR PSE. If people have, you could send each person a private message and let them know she is available.
Or if your UTR PSE is similar to someone who is popular on here, you could PM the people who are fans of the popular provider.
Or if your UTR PSE is similar to someone who has been asked about, you could etc.
Well, you cant really advertise AND remain UTR at the same time, it kind of defeats the purpose.
About the only thing she can do is have trusted hobbiests, maybe yourself, simply share with a few other trusted hobbiests that she is available, and go that route.
UTR's usually only take the referrals from other female friends of theirs, or from hobbiests they have met with and will trust their judgement to only refer her to others who will respect her want/need for UTR status, and not comment about her availability on an open board.
